Banana water shake
This drink is good for weight loss as it doesn’t have milk which makes the drink heavy. It also contains rich source of energy and potassium and calcium. Take one ripe banana with few ice cubes, and a half cup of water in a blender and blend till it’s frothy. Drink it chilled.
Kiwi, cucumber, strawberry drink
This drink boosts your metabolism as it provides nutrients like Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Take some slices of kiwi, cucumber and strawberries in a jug of water and leave it for 5-10 minutes. Now, drink the infused water with the goodness of these fresh fruits.
Cucumber, coriander smoothie
This smoothie works is a fantastic detoxifier and work wonders to reduce the excess belly fat. Blend one small cucumber, a bunch of coriander, quarter ginger(grated), one spoon of aloe vera gel to make a smoothie. Now, squeeze half a lemon juice in it and drink it chilled.
Turmeric lemon detox tea
This detox tea contains a rich source of flavonoids and also has the goodness and antibacterial qualities of turmeric. Put half a teaspoon turmeric powder, a few tea leaves, a pinch of cinnamon in a cup of water and bring to boil. Cool it and then add half a lemon’s juice and drink.
