Samsung has unveiled its newest, and thinnest, smartphone – the Galaxy A8.

The Galaxy A8 is 5.9mm (0.23in) thick, making it less than 85% the thickness of Samsung’s flagship Galaxy S6 Edge. The phone features an all-metal body, weighs 151g, sports a full HD 5.7″ display, and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core + 1GHz quad-core Snapdragon 615 CPU. One of the standout features of the device is its battery, which comes in at 3,050mAh – bigger than the Galaxy S6’s 2,550mAh battery.
