House fire kills four children in UK

Four children have died in a house fire after two adults and another child managed to escape through a top-floor window of the burning building in Stafford, UK.

The survivors of the blaze in the Highfields area of Stafford were taken to hospital after neighbours reported hearing “popping” and “explosions” coming from the house in the early hours.

The parents of the children who died in the blaze have been named locally as Natalie Unitt and Chris Moulton.

Staffordshire Police confirmed the names of the children who died as Riley Holt, eight, Keegan Unitt, six, Tilly Rose Unitt, four, and three-year-old Olly Unitt. It is understood their sibling Jack survived.
